Oscar – A Senior Who Was Rescued from a Dangerous Situation

1/23/18 – Oscar is a senior beagle who fell into very dangerous hands. He was rescued before this could happen by the Make A Difference Animal Rescue and 4 Paws 1 Heart was happy to provide medical treatment.
