The Bark-A-Bout Team has raised $7,000 for pets in need this winter, and we are eager to forward this blessing onto deserving pet rescues within our local community! Over 20+ touching “Letters to Santa Paws” were submitted, and each letter thoroughly warmed the heart of Santa Paws and our Bark-A-Bout staff! Each letter truly exemplifies the passion and heart of each pet rescue: to save and improve the lives of animals in our community that desperately need a second chance at life! Our FIRST PLACE WINNER of $3,000 is “Crafty” of Canine Companions Rescue Center of Clarkston, Michigan. Crafty has conquered countless obstacles with unwavering persistence and the united support of the CCRC team! Great job, Crafty and CCRC Team! Our SECOND PLACE WINNERS, each winning $2,000 for their pet rescue: Dixie, of “4 Paws 1 Heart” of Southeast, MI and Keyla, of “Detroit Animal Welfare Group (DAWG)” of Romeo, Michigan!
