9/3/22 – Waffles’ Hero, Courtney Chisholm, reported the following:

“WAFFLES HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!

Congratulations to Waffles and her forever Family.

I can’t express how thankful I am for each and every one of you during this journey. A huge thank you to Diana Rascano with 4 Paws 1 Heart, Linda Yonish Gill with Royal Canin, Dr.Natalie Zalac at Orion Animal Hospital, Dr. Stanley at Animal Surgical Center, the staff and Dr. Alyssa Zoto at MSU, Tara Cascaddan at Cascaddan Lounge, Stephanie Skrinner and all of her fans! It literally took a village but WE DID IT! This was by far my biggest project I have ever taken on and I would do it all over again to save this sweet girl. She is going to be missed so much but I know I was just a stepping stone for her to live her best life possible. She is eating and drinking 100% on her own and gaining weight daily. She is a normal puppy doing normal puppy things thanks to all of us! WE DID IT, WE SAVED THE WAFFLES!!!!!”
