10/10/22 – It was August 10 when we agreed to cover some stray kittens found by an independent rescuer who we’ve helped in the past. Since August they have been trying to trap him and finally it happened. We were thrilled that we could get Mr. Mustache finally into the vet to be vaccinated, neutered, and tested. But, unfortunately, he was tested for slight FIV. After discussion with his rescuer and her own research, we all agreed that FIV is NOT a death sentence and Mr. Moustache will be living large in his new home. Here is the latest report from his human angel: “he is the most grateful sweetest little guy ever. We are so in love with him & he’s so happy to be in the nice warm house & have ppl food, to get treats, laps to sit on, a warm bed to cuddle with mom & dad at night, brother & sisters to get used to lol, & lots of love to have.
