11/6/23 – Rudy showed up on his finder’s back deck in mid September. Lisa, his savior, fed him for about a month but noticed he had some health issues. She took him to a vet and had him examined, vaccinated for rabies, and dewormed. The vet also found that Rudy’s teeth were in bad shape and needed a dental cleaning and administered antibiotics for an infection. We were asked for help and we authorized Rudy to be seen at Patterson Veterinary Hospital. On November 3 Rudy had his dental cleaning and is now on medication and resting comfortably. He will have a follow-up appointment in two weeks and when fully recovered, Lisa will try to find Rudy his furever, loving home.
