3/6/24 – It was March 26, 2019 when we were contacted about this very sweet boy who found his way into the yard of a very kind woman whom we had helped in the past, Alanda. He was taken to one of our partner vets where he was found positive for heart worm. His treatment started immediately. By the end of May, 2019 Blaz had received all of his heart worm treatment, was neutered, vaccinated and ready for adoption. Thankfully, a wonderful couple and follower of 4 Paws 1 Heart read Blaz’s story and fell in love with him. He was adopted and became Gus. They all moved to a northern city in Michigan where Blaz became Gus, lived like a king and even got ‘married’ (haha). Yesterday we learned that our very sweet Gus passed away. Please remember Gus’s mom and dad in your prayers and be thankful for all of the amazing people in our communities that work together to save the most vulnerable. – diana
