7/22/14 – Archie has been adopted and is now Cooper. If you’ll remember, near death, Archie was found on a lawn with a seatbelt wrapped around his neck. He was emaciated and found to have Parvo. After the skilled care of the Animal Urgent and Critical Care Center staff, Archie made it and here he is in his new home ready to start a new life. YEAH!!! ~ diana

7/27/14 – We are nothing without our rescue friends. Together we can change the world. Little Halo is a shining example. Thank You to A Rejoyceful Animal Rescue for taking her in, we were thankful to play a role in her recovery along with the many individuals who donated for her medical bills.. “A good Samaritan found Halo sitting in the middle of the road terrified as she was completely blind due to a severe Upper respiratory infection. She is a wee little thing. She weighed in at less than a pound and is believed to only be about 6 weeks old. Halo has a severe upper respiratory infection as well as pneumonia. She is extremely emaciated, very dehydrated and very very weak. She cannot see out of her eyes and she cannot breathe out of her nose to smell. Her only senses right now are her hearing. Her respiratory infection was left un-treated and as a result she could potentially lose sight in both of her eyes. We will do everything we can to try and save her eyes. 7/22/14 – I know this is way too cute for words. I know everyone loves to start the day with a happy story and this is it!! Our little Piglet was one of 9 puppies who were the result of a backyard breeder. Thank God this sweetheart was brought into the Emergency when Gina was there, December 31, 2013. Now look at her. Remember “Neveah” who came to us after being found by a “Good Samaritan”? This stray kitten was rushed into the emergency in critical condition, stopped breathing and we provided emergency care including life saving medication. Our staff was able to bring this kitten back.. Her name was “Heaven” backwards. Well..this little kitten is actually a boy, lol, but we didn’t notice that at first. He went to be fostered and cared for by “Feline Friends Rescue” and he has a very potential home lined up. With the help of Animal Urgent And Critical Care Center and 4 paws 1 heart, this little kitten was given a 2nd chance.

7/19/14 – Our Little Bradley felt good enough to join us for our first annual 5K Walk/Run Fur Fun.  Although we are still taking applications for this little guy, there is one strong possibility that he may have found his forever home.  

7/23/14 – Elsa came to us after being found on the street, alone, hungry, and dehydrated. We estimated her age to be about 1-2 weeks. 4 paws 1 heart friend, Amanda Morris, was kind enough to offer fostering and her expert bottle-feeding for little baby “Elsa” who is going to be needing a forever home or a rescue group very soon. ~ Gina
