10/20/14 – Minnow will be going into a foster home this week and (fingers crossed) there is a strong potential that the happy couple will keep her for their own. Sadly, their sweet feline family member recently passed away and we just hope that Minnow will work her way into their hearts. ~ diana

Everyone Can Make A Difference – If We Work Together
10/15/14 – 4 Paws 1 Heart is always happy to help a rescued animal get neutered/spayed and vaccinated. This sweet girl was roaming the streets and rescued by a soft hearted person who couldn’t turn away. How could anyone after looking in those eyes? She is already making herself at home! Thank you, Erica for the save. ~ diana
Lucy – A Victim of Animal Cruelty
10/15/14 Lucy Update, This beautiful girl was a victim of abuse. She was kicked so badly that the trauma to her elbow, required her front leg to need amputation. One of our favorite doctors, Dr. Nancy Pillsbury, from Harper Woods Vet. did the operation yesterday. Lucy was a stray that someone hurt, but now she is in a safe place, and she will NEVER be hurt again. When we were contacted for help we didn’t realize the extent of her injury, but we are here for this reason…and Lucy will have a chance at a loving home. This is another reason why people need to keep their cat indoors! You just don’t realize how often this happens…gina
