We are looking for some positive thoughts today for our newest 4 paws 1 heart, stray dog. The two Good Samaritans that witnessed this dog hit-and-run (in the Livonia area), immediately picked his injured body up, and began looking for help. It was about midnight, freezing cold, and they called several places. Most were closed.. We offered to help by covering the cost of his medical needs because as of now we don’t have an owner. The staff is now trying to stabilize his shock and support his injuries with pain management. He has a fractured pelvis and possibly ligament damaged in his knee. We will update once we have more information. Paws Crossed!!!!

Fundinco Through Amazon — Other Ways to Help
Now that the holiday season is almost here (Black Friday is right around the corner), please save this link if you plan on shopping through Amazon.http://www.fundinco.org/orghome.php?orgid=1043
Every bit helps when it comes to taking care of the abandoned and abused. Through October 31, 2014, 4 Paws 1 Heart has paid over $63,000 in medical bills but we couldn’t do it without our friends.

Lucy – Abused By a Neighbor
I ♡ these updates.. I couldn’t resist posting this beautiful picture of Lucy. She is doing fantastic in her new home. Shame on the person that caused her to lose her leg, but we are so blessed to have been able to give her a 2nd chance. It’s because of all of you..without your donations she probably wouldn’t be here. gina
