Jefferson’s Second Chance at a Healthy Life

9/28/26: Meet Jefferson. She was found in the parking lot of Depilla Dentistry alone, injured, and scared. Her tiny little body had a degloving injury to the tail and bone was exposed. She had fleas, was thin, and in need of help.

We set her up with treatment through Moore Veterinary Hospital and she received her surgery a few days ago to remove the dead tail and spay her.

Jefferson was still very tiny for surgery but it needed to be done.

Her rescuer said she is healing well and in a few weeks we will complete her vaccines.

Because of you, Jefferson was given the chance she and so many other homeless animals deserve.
