Ryker deserves a loving furever home

Thank You to all of our friends who responded to a call out for help with the cat who was going to be dumped BUT what about a similar response for our Ryker. He loves to be cuddled and just because he only has 3 legs doesn’t make him any less of a cat. He really needs to get out of the hospital and into a loving home without dogs. Please share and open up your hearts. Call Gina at 586-383-3282 if you are interested. Thanks, diana

Ryker is cool…be cool with him!  Dee

Home Sweet Home

Just in case you were worried. Here is a new photo of Luna in her new home and another before she was adopted with her mom, Felix (aka Katniss). ~ diana

Cat with a ‘tude??? who would have thought?

Thought that this news and photo would start your Monday just perfectly. Remember Felix? Our friend, Brennen, after many efforts, rescued Felix (aka Katniss) from the freezing cold this past January. Felix turned out to be a Felicia and had a baby while she was in foster. The baby has now been adopted. Does this little one have ‘tude??? ~ diana

Happy Dance you all!!

Happy Beginnings!!! No longer will she be chained outside. ~ diana
I just wanted to thank 4 Paws 2 Heart again for helping out with Sugar. Jo Sweeney AddingtonDebra Berolatti, and you have made it possible for this sweet abandoned girl to finally have a real chance at a home. This sweet girl will never have to suffer from the horrendous fly bites, starvation, or loneliness again!

Healthy Baby Boy looking for you…

6/8/14 – MEET EMETT – 4 Paws 1 heart was contacted for help by a caring resident o
f Mt. Clemens who noticed this little kitty was on the streets for a while and he was bleeding from his head. We offered to help and discovered that he was scratching himself beyond repair due to a severe ear-mite infestation. 4P1H has treated Emmett for the ear mites and tested him for feluk/fiv. His tests came out negative, we dewormed him, vaccinated him and we are going to neuter him. We are in need of a rescue or an individual to help by taking him in for adoption. He is a very sweet boy that deserves a chance! ~ gina

Pretty Paisley happily ever after!

The Monroe County Animal Control Shelter, referred a potential adopter of a Shitzu to 4 Paws 1 Heart. Paisley was surrendered to the shelter at 10 years old and was very fortunate to meet Jolee R., who fell in love with him. In order to help with the adoption, 4 Paws 1 Heart agreed to assist with some of Paisley’s medical bills. Paisley is now in his forever loving home to live out the rest of his life. ~ diana

Ryker is so ready for his Fur-ever home.

Who wants to love me???

Ryker had two very potential homes lined up, but they both fell through for different reasons. We are looking for a good home for this little guy that was attacked by two German Shepherds. 4 Paws 1 Heart took care of all of his medical bills and as a result of his serious injuries his rear leg had to be amputated. If you are the home we are looking for please contact me at [email protected]. Ryker is terrified of dogs, so I will not place him in a home with dogs. He is neutered, vaccinated, friendly, and will require a home with lots of love to give.. Please let’s work together to find him that special home. ~ gina

Some Bunny loves Marley

Marley – About a year ago a 4p1h friend contacted us looking for help with a rescue rabblit with diabetes, Marley. We thought he might have to have an eye removed but with lots of loving care and medication, he is doing very well. Look at this handsome boy. Thank You, April B. for taking such good care of him. ~ diana

Urgent need!

HELP NEEDED – A friend of 4 Paws 1 Heart contacted us about this 1 and 1/2 year old male who lives by day in the home but by night in a car. While the parents were wintering in another state, this guy had a comfortable home to live in, now that the parents are back they do not want this dog in their home. He is neutered and good around cats, dogs and people. He needs some leash work and his owners are ready to give him up. If you can help, contact Lisa Cutlip at 586-873-5235, who is the person trying to help. Please share. Thanks, diana
