1/31/17 – Baby Carrots was, unfortunately, placed in a home where she wasn’t be watched as closely as she should have. She had spent weeks under a bed and finally rescued only to find that she had an abscess on her head and was very emaciated. The people who placed her thought it would be a good thing because she was placed with one of her kittens. Baby Carrots was removed from the home and is now with her original rescuer. Her medical is being paid for by 4 Paws 1 Heart. It’s for reasons like this that many of our rescue friends are very tenacious when it comes to placing animals they have rescued. Baby Carrots will be fine and we think she will be taken in by one of our rescue friends. ~ diana
