Felixa – Found Alone on the Street

UPDATE – Felix is a girl.
2/12/19 – Felix was found alone on the streets but is now in a foster until a forever home can be found. 4 Paws 1 Heart was happy to cover all of Felix’s medical needs. ~ diana
