10/17/19 UPDATE: I look at that face and can’t find it in my heart to have her arm amputated. Consequently, even though we could definitely use donations, I have authorized orthopedic surgery tomorrow. Patterson Veterinary Hospital will also help by having a donation jar in the office and by covering the work on her jaw. ~ diana
10/17/19 – Please say a prayer for this very sweet girl who was dropped off at Patterson Veterinary Hospital, one of our partner vets. I was contacted yesterday to see if we would help with some of her medical. Magnolia is about 10 weeks old and it appears she was hit by a car. Her jaw and elbow is broken. One of our favorite doctors will take care of her jaw but she suggested that Magnolia see a specialist if we want to try and save her leg. We know that kittens are very adaptable but we would like to give her a chance if at all possible. Of course, orthopedic surgery is not cheap. So we will see what the specialist says. Fortunately, one of the licensed veterinary technicians took Magnolia home with her last night and she will take care of her and eventually find her a good home. May God bless all of the doctors, vet techs, and good samaritans who don’t turn their backs on animals in need. If you can, please consider making a donation to help Magnolia with her medical treatment. ~ Thanks, diana
