11/13/23 he is one of our cases we committed to helping before our hold. He was found outside injured with trauma to his eye. The rescuer contacted 4 Paws 1 Heart and we were able to have him examined by one of our partner vets. The damage was severe and resulted in his eye to he removed. This is why we need our supporters, like you because without our help Dexter would have continued to suffer.

11/12/23 She wandered onto to porch of a good samaritan in Detroit with a wound on her neck. 4 Paws 1 Heart was contacted for help to have her medically treated. Unfortunately, the wound doesn’t seem to want to heal so we have authorized Nutmeg to be rechecked. 11/11/23. Dottie was in for her suture removal last week but half of her wound opened back up. She also now has something wrong with her eye. Our doctor put her on oral and eye meds, and we will recheck her in one week. This is the stray that was found with her arm embedded and stuck through her collar.
