Pretty Paisley happily ever after!

The Monroe County Animal Control Shelter, referred a potential adopter of a Shitzu to 4 Paws 1 Heart. Paisley was surrendered to the shelter at 10 years old and was very fortunate to meet Jolee R., who fell in love with him. In order to help with the adoption, 4 Paws 1 Heart agreed to assist with some of Paisley’s medical bills. Paisley is now in his forever loving home to live out the rest of his life. ~ diana

Ryker is so ready for his Fur-ever home.

Who wants to love me???

Ryker had two very potential homes lined up, but they both fell through for different reasons. We are looking for a good home for this little guy that was attacked by two German Shepherds. 4 Paws 1 Heart took care of all of his medical bills and as a result of his serious injuries his rear leg had to be amputated. If you are the home we are looking for please contact me at gina.4paws1heart@gmail.com. Ryker is terrified of dogs, so I will not place him in a home with dogs. He is neutered, vaccinated, friendly, and will require a home with lots of love to give.. Please let’s work together to find him that special home. ~ gina

Some Bunny loves Marley

Marley – About a year ago a 4p1h friend contacted us looking for help with a rescue rabblit with diabetes, Marley. We thought he might have to have an eye removed but with lots of loving care and medication, he is doing very well. Look at this handsome boy. Thank You, April B. for taking such good care of him. ~ diana

Urgent need!

HELP NEEDED – A friend of 4 Paws 1 Heart contacted us about this 1 and 1/2 year old male who lives by day in the home but by night in a car. While the parents were wintering in another state, this guy had a comfortable home to live in, now that the parents are back they do not want this dog in their home. He is neutered and good around cats, dogs and people. He needs some leash work and his owners are ready to give him up. If you can help, contact Lisa Cutlip at 586-873-5235, who is the person trying to help. Please share. Thanks, diana

Thank you sooo much for helping me figure out what to do with this poor lone survivor of a nest fall. There were three that didn’t make it

Kitties Kitties Kitties and more Kitties!

Honest, we are helping dogs and you’ll be hearing about them soon but, in the mean time, there’s some more babies and their mom who were helped by 4P1H. Bootsie, the mom was spayed and the kittens have been vetted and vaccinated. Again, thank you to Jo A. for saving this family and making sure they will live and not continue to produce more unwanted cats. Anyone interested in adopting these babies should contact Jo at joadd18@gmail.com~ diana

Smokey is looking to love you…

Honestly!!! 4 Paws 1 Heart loves dogs — remember Hercules, Dolly, Scruffy, Gilligan — just to name a few.  But, we have been inundated with sick kitties and those who have been lucky enough to find help from 4P1H (and our loyal supporters) now need an opportunity for a loving family.  I know you will remember Smokey.  Now that he’s recovered with our friend, Francine, he is ready for his forever home.  Please share and let’s give him his wish.  ~ diana
“A big thank you to you, Gina and 4 paws 1 heart for taking care of Smokey. Gina would not recognize him now. He is a big, good, playful boy! and he loves to play and loves attention! No other cat plays “string” like Smokey. He will come with his own cat carrier, litter box, toys, brush and food dishes. Please contact me if you want to make Smokey a permanent member of your home. Kind regards, Francine 248-417-6186″

Ryker Update!

Ryker update..  Ryker is happy and loving just waiting for that purrrrrfect home.  We had to amputate one of his rear legs after he was attacked by two large dogs but that hasn’t changed his loving personality.  Ryker is now terrified of dog’s but he’d be happy in a home where he can be spoiled!!

Mustang is famous!
