Sugar & Spice: Two Feral Beauties Getting the Care They Need

11/19/25 Meet Sugar and Spice — two adult feral cats who’ve been cared for by a wonderful Good Samaritan named Melissa. She has been working to reduce the cat population in her area through TNR (trap, neuter/spay, return) and by helping place friendly strays when possible.

Over the past few weeks, Melissa successfully trapped an entire litter of kittens and these two young adults. We’ve stepped in to cover spay/neuter for the kittens — including one little one who sadly has a broken paw and will need an amputation — and we’re also assisting with Sugar and Spice.

Ember & Echo — Two Tiny Fighters Ready for a Fresh Start!

11/18/25 Meet Ember and Echo, two tiny babies who were found huddled in a bush, crying for help with no mom in sight.

These little ones will need full medical care: vaccines, deworming, a fecal check, bloodwork, and eventually spay/neuter. We’ve stepped in to help cover their needs so they can have the healthy, hopeful start they deserve.

For now, they’re safe in a foster home where they’re getting tons of love, socialization, playtime with toys, and the chance to finally make happy memories.

Sweet little Ember

9/13/24 – Sweet little Ember is holding on and making baby increments of improvement daily. She was dewormed 6 days ago and 2 days later started shedding a lot of worms and diarrhea which took a toll on her little body. She was needing constant baths and we added in a probiotic.

I’m actually surprised she is still with us, but she’s also in very good hands with a seasoned technician.
