5/2/26: Two Heartworm Positive Dogs Get a Fighting Chance
Meet Beefy 🩵 and Nora 🩷
The director of Tuscola County Animal Control reached out to us asking for help for two shelter dogs who tested positive for heartworm disease.
Because of your support, we were able to say yes.
Beefy and Nora are now receiving the treatment they need.
Heartworm treatment is not easy. It’s a very long road, but they now have a real chance at a healthier future.
Thank you to Tyler and the compassionate team at Tuscola County Animal Control for advocating for them, to the doctors and staff at West Flint Animal Hospital for their excellent care, and to all of you who continue to believe in our mission.
