Gratitude That Saves Lives

12/21/25: Gratitude Beyond Words. Today marked the final day of our $2,000 matching gift challenge, and our hearts are overflowing with thanks.

First and foremost, we want to extend the most heartfelt thank you to Joann, who so lovingly offered this generous match in memory of her beloved Tito. What a beautiful way to honor a life so clearly filled with love — by giving other animals a second chance. Tito’s legacy will live on through every paw you’ve helped save.

We are also deeply grateful to each and every supporter who believes in our mission and gave so generously. Because of you, we were able to meet the match, doubling the impact and the hope we can provide. Your compassion makes moments like this possible.

This is Oscar. He is just one example of what this support means. This sweet cat was found as a homeless stray, in need of love, food, attention, and medical care. Thanks to donations like yours, 4 Paws 1 Heart covered all of his checkup and neutering costs, giving him the very best chance at a healthy future and a loving forever home.

This is what it’s all about. Lives changed. Hope restored. Love carried forward.

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for standing with us and for the animals who need us most. Love, the 4 Paws 1 Heart team!

Oscar the Stray with a Bullet

4/25/25. Oscar is a stray who was seen having trouble walking. His rescuer contacted us for assistance with getting an exam and x ray. As you can see this boy has a bullet inside him. The doctors believe this could be causing nerve damage that has resulted in trouble walking. His rescuer took home pain meds and antibiotics with the hopes that Oscar might have some quality of life. Thank God for people like her who don’t turn a blind eye to these strays and do what they can to help. This is the second bullet seen in an animal that we helped in just 2 weeks. There are some cruel people in this world. It’s very sad..

Please donate, share our page with your friends, and share our posts to help create awareness. Have a blessed weekend. Gina https://4paws1heart.org/donations/

Oscar Was Found Sick and Injured

2/25/25. Oscar was found injured and sick. His rescuer covered getting the initial vetting taken care of and asked if we would help with the dental and extractions. We set Oscar up with an exam appointment and the doctor definitely thinks there will need to be some teeth pulled. You can see the canine on the bottom is sticking out forward. Dental and anesthesia is scheduled for next week.

He is a sweet boy who will be in need of a forever home. Gina https://4paws1heart.org/donations/
