Here is “Frosty” brought in by Detroit Police Officers after being found out in the freezing cold. He has 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye and he is about 1 year old. Frosty loves to give kisses, he can sit and lay down on command, he is very very thin and needs to put on some weight. He is good in a crate and on the quiet side. Tested negative for Heartworm disease and he is up to date on vaccinations. If you can help us help Frosty find a foster home we would be happy to cover all his medical and we will line you up with a rescue group to provide his permanent placement.
