1/3/15 – A New Year and more abandoned and abused animals to help!! We were contacted by Malak with the following situation: 

“She was living in somebody’s basement and they were neglecting her. We responded to one of our friends Facebook ads saying that a family friend of theirs didn’t want her anymore. We offered to take her and when we brought her home we noticed that she was urinating blood and it has a really awful smell. We took her to the vet the next day and they did an X-ray and urine analysis (which we are still waiting on). The X-ray showed a very large bladder stone which is taking up most of her bladder.”

Malak started a Go Fund Me page and we offered to help with what was needed to get sweet Lily into the hospital asap for surgery. The surgery was completed yesterday and little Lily is now loved and cared for and recovering from this painful condition. Here is Lily before and after. ~ diana
