GUESS WHO IS NOW CERTIFIED AS A CANINE GOOD CITIZEN!! Katniss Everdeen!! This beautiful girl who was thrown away like a piece of garbage graduated last night in the top of her class. Her foster mommy, Carrie, has spent the last few months providing love, socialization, consistency, and training. She has given Katniss strength, support, confidence, and structure. Katniss is ready for the next step in her journey…a forever home where she will continue to thrive. We are blessed to be a part of her life, and we are grateful for everyone’s support. It is amazing for me to watch what these animals can overcome. It is what keeps me going. They know what really matters in this world…and that is trust, kindness, and respect for life. If only people could practice those few things – this world might be a better place. ♡ Gina
