Toby and Tammi were Abandoned by Their Owners – Now They Have a Forever Home Together

4/6/15 – Toby and Tammi were trapped while conducting TNR in a ‘feral colony”, but, they were not feral. Their owners could not be found and like so many others were probably dumped. 4 Paws 1 Heart paid for their vetting and neutering/spaying and now they are in their forever home together.
