11/12/15 – Meet Chugger. He was rescued from the streets on the east side of Detroit. The rescuer has posted him on several pages in hopes of finding his owner — unfortunately, no one has come forward. Chugger is about 2 years old and weighs 35 lbs. He gets along with dogs but not too sure about cats. He has gotten along with some and and with some — not so much. 4 Paws 1 Heart will be paying for Chugger to be neutered and vaccinated.
