4/2/16 – Meet Petey and Tails. Petey was rescued from a very abusive household where she was tied up and forced to sleep and live in her own waste. Tails was rescued while wandering in a cemetery in southwest Detroit. Attempts to find Tails’ owner has been unsuccessful.
