5/6/16 Update on Faith: If you will remember, Faith was rescued from the street; her back legs were dragging behind her. We were contacted and, after our experience with Chance, we said yes! — we would help. Although Faith had some other medical issues (severe upper respiratory infection), she has worked hard with our great friend, Dr. Kern of Pawsitive Steps Rehabilitation and her mom. Here is Faith’s latest update: ~ diana

“I still have a little cough so I’m still taking my inhailer twice a day and steriods every other day. I’m now actually jumping up onto Mommy’s bed and walking up the pet stairs with mommy’s help My balance is almost perfect. I still have some weakness on my rear right side but I’m not letting it stop me. Mommy stopped making her bed in the mornings so she can place all sorts of things under the blankets so that I can work on my balance by walking on uneven surfaces. I even started venturing out into the hallway. Mommy said I’m a work in progress ; -) Thank you Diana-4Paws 1Heart, Dr . Kern Pawsitive Steps and Dr. Torres.
