Smores, Oreo, and Jazzy – Kittens Saved from Certain Death

6/26/16 – It is always great to hear back from the individuals we help when they rescue an abandoned or stray animal. Unless you are a rescue or work in animal advocacy, you wouldn’t believe the number of animals — especially cats — who are left behind in mobile home parks and condominium complexes. I don’t know what it is. Do people think their pet will be safer if ‘dumped’ in a complex vs. ‘the street’. Unfortunately, the majority of these animals are not fixed so they reproduce at a rapid rate and before you know it, the residents of the complexes/parks want them “OUT”. Thank God for those caring individuals who do their best to make a difference and try to clean up the carnage (note the kittens who were aborted) left by others. Here is a note we just received from Felicia who we’ve helped with her efforts: ~ diana

“Hi Diana,

I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking care of all the cats and kittens medical bills. I don’t know what I would do without 4 Paws 1 Heart to help me out.

Missy took the kittens (Smores and Oreo) to foster and she also took the mother (Jazzy)to try to help her and get her socialized. They had to abort 5 kittens too because she was pregnant again. So sad!!!

I’m so grateful to you, Debra, Jo, and Missy too. I’m afraid there would be at least 20 more out there in my condo complex if it wasn’t for all the help I received.

As far as I know, I am still feeding 5 total now. Only 2 of them are fixed and those 2 you helped with last November….THANK YOU!!!!

It just seems endless. People have moved out, so I was thinking they just left them???? I don’t know, it just makes me sick!!!

Thank you again Diana and GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!!!!

Felicia 🙂
