Jalapeno – Happy Update After His Leg Amputation

5/15/19 – A Happy Update: This little sweetie, Jalapeno, was rescued from the street by a caring young man. He immediately took him to a vet who advised that Jalapeno’s leg would have to be amputated; no pain medication was given and no x rays were taken but the young man was charged quite a bit. The young man’s aunt, then stepped in and contacted us. Jalapeno was taken to one of our favorite veterinary hospitals, Patterson Veterinary Hospital in Clinton Twp., MI, and it was confirmed that the leg was so broken in so many spots, the leg would have to be amputated. The young man, his aunt and the rest of the family fell in love with Jalapeno so we agreed to pay for the amputation and whatever else was needed. Aunt Adrian just sent these two beautiful photos to update us on how well he is doing. May God bless the rescuers, the doctors/vet techs, and donors who help us give these animals a second chance at life. ~ diana
