This is Stevie. He showed up at the right home during a downpour. He was freezing and starving. He was taken in by the homeowner who is a friend of 4p1h and we agreed to pay for him to be neutered, tested, and vaccinated if an owner could not be found. Stevie was posted and scanned and no owner showed up. He had his first scary visit to the vet for his testing and vaccines and next week he will get neutered.
