6/4/26 Update: Lucky was reunited with her owner. The bloodwork we did showed hyperthyroidism which means the kitty needs medication the rest of her life to manage it.
5/28/26: Seniors deserve a chance too.
We were contacted about a senior cat found outside in terrible condition.
The rescuer took the cat to emergency and covered over $500 in diagnostics to get care, but she needed help with the additional recommended testing and placement.
We are unable to provide placement, but we approved her taking “Lucky” to one of our partner vets for the extra bloodwork and parasite check.
