A Fresh Start for Ivy
9/13/26. This little girl now named Ivy was found as a stray, front declawed, and very sick. The kind woman brought her in but couldn’t take on all of her medical needs. We approved covering veterinary care and Moore Veterinary Hospital was able to get a quick appointment.
Ivy had an exam, full bloodwork, feline leukemia and fiv test, flea meds, a fecal sent out, probiotics, antibiotics, dewormer, and she needed a full bath from the feces she was covered in from her massive diarrhea. Soon as we cleaned her up she appeared to feel well enough to start grooming herself.
Her results of testing show anemia, tapeworm, and infection. Hard to tell on her age but she appears older and maybe was dumped.
