7/18/16 – Dear Friends, We need you now!! This has been a very expensive year filled with many serious cases of parvo virus, heart worm, hit and runs, upper respiratory infections, and downright cruelty. As of July 17, we have spent $82,230 in medical bills!! In 2015 we spent a total of $127,000 in medical bills. Our bank balance is now at an all-time low and we will not be able to offer any assistance other than spay and neuter at low-cost clinics; and that may be limited. If you can, please consider making a donation through the ‘donate’ link on this page, by mail at P.O. Box 84, St. Clair Shores, MI 48080, or through paypal on our website, 4paws1heart.org.
You might remember Daisy Mae (now Baby) who was found in the middle of I-94 in St. Clair Shores, MI. Daisy Mae, was dying of parvo virus. Her hero stopped traffic and eventually she found her way to the Macomb County Animal Control who got her to an emergency hospital and contacted 4 Paws 1 Heart to pay for her medical treatment. Daisy Mae recovered and has since been adopted by the hero’s brother and look at her today! Your donation truly makes miracles happen.
