Emaciated and Alone – Cat Found Wandering the Street

The black cat was found by another good Samaritan. He is emaciated. We have him on IV fluids and supportive care. His prognosis is good but we need a foster/rescue in case an owner isn’t found. The need never ends! Gina  4/16/17
