Update 9/17/2012 – Meet Bernice! She was surrendered to “4 Paws 1 heart”. Bernice had a rib bone lodged in her esophagus for almost 3 days preventing her from eating and causing terrible distress. She was also constipated, full of fleas, loaded with worms, and very malnourished. She is in good hands now with our staff who is giving her love, warmth, and food around the clock!
