Mario – Left Behind By His Owners!

4/23/15 – I’ve ranted before but WHY do people leave behind their pets?? It seems especially common amongst cats. Do people really think an animal will survive in a home without fresh food and water. This is Mario. He is 11 years old, front declawed, neutered and, complements of 4 Paws 1 Heart, had his vaccinations updated and was examined by a veterinarian.
