7/17/16 – Happy Update: You might remember Reggie. He was rescued by a good Samaritan and brought to an emergency hospital. Poor Reggie had a prolapsed rectum resulting from diarrhea. He was released to another veterinary who contracts with the city Reggie was found in and although the stray hold was not up, Reggie was going to be picked up and humanely euthanized. A number of groups and people came together and finally Reggie was released to our friends at 313 K9 and Kitty Rescue. While under their care, Reggie required surgery which was paid for by 4 Paws 1 Heart. Poor Reggie went through a lot but the good news is that today he is in his forever home with another buddy that he made while in foster. We wish our Reggie the very best! ~ diana
