5/9/19 – Meet Dexter. His owner left him behind, in the basement, when they moved. Our friend, Megan, with Friends of Scooby, took him in and brought him to one of our favorite veterinarians, Dr. Zalac, Orion Animal Hospital. Dexter had a broken tooth, an abscess on his face, and had ‘yeasty’ ears. He had surgery yesterday to extract the broken tooth and dental cleaning. He was also given antibiotics for his infections.
