When I was working at emergency, back in 2011, a pup named Cannoli was surrendered to me because he had liver damage and the owners were going to euthanize. I found him a wonderful home and he is doing great. Then, a few months ago another white chihuahua was found on the street and in horrible neglected condition, his name is Queso. 4 Paws 1 Heart covered all medical for both of these survivors.
