Horace was being taken by his owner to a local, high-kill shelter. Fortunately, protestors at the site were able to get Horace surrendered to them and we were contacted about paying his medical. We did that but in the process found out our poor Horace is heart worm positive. Horace’s heart worm treatment will be covered by 4 Paws 1 Heart.
