The Wedding Shoppe – Fundraises for 4 Paws 1 Heart
1/23/19 – My husband, Tony, has played an integral role in the work of 4 Paws 1 Heart. He delivers donated food and supplies to rescuers and shelters, he runs to the bank and the post office, works the fundraisers, etc. And, yesterday, the two of us went to visit our friends at the Wedding Shoppe in Berkley. The Wedding Shoppe has chosen 4p1h as their Charity Partner for December and January. Shawn Spears-Vilk, who we’ve assisted with her rescues, has been our avid supporter. The Wedding Shoppe is absolutely amazing. Their gowns are like nothing I’ve seen. It made me want to go back 46 years and get married all over again. I would encourage anyone looking for a wedding gown to make the Wedding Shoppe your first stop.
On our way home, Tony and i once again talked about how one of the best things to come out of the 4p1h journey (besides assisting over 5500 animals) has been the wonderful, kind, and caring people we have met along the way — many of whom have become dear friends. Here is Shawn, Michelle, and I in front of the ‘Paw Wall’ and some of the kitties we have helped Shawn with. In fact, Michelle is the proud mom of two of them. ~ diana
The Wedding Shoppe – A Portion of the Sale of Wedding Gowns Will Be Donated
1/15/19 – The Wedding Shoppe in Berkley, MI has once again chosen 4 Paws 1 Heart to be their Charity Partner for January. A portion of the sales from wedding gowns will be donated to funding the medical treatment for abandoned and stray animals. Girlie Girl Salon and Boutique – Thank YOU
12/2/18 – Mere words aren’t enough to thank the many businesses who have consistently supported 4 Paws 1 Heart. One of those businesses is Girlie Girl Salon and Boutique in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI. Once again they held a winter sale where a portion of their proceeds was donated to 4 Paws 1 Heart. Because of their generosity, 64 cats or 26 dogs will be spayed/neutered thus resulting in hundreds of unwanted cats/dogs from being born to die alone on the streets. Utica Education Association Staywell Committee – Thank YOU
12/2/18 – A huge thank you to our friends at the Utica Education Association Staywell (UEA) Committee for once again including 4 Paws 1 Heart in their Howl O Ween Hustle. Their support will allow us to spay/neuter 40 cats. When you consider that one female will produce a litter (averaging 5 kittens) three times a year for most of her life, that is 15 kittens a year who will not be born to live and die on the streets. – diana

Metro Detroit Chevy Dealers – Chevy Detroit Champions
Almost $800,000 paid in medical bills since August, 2010 for over 5,000 animals and we are still counting. Thank you Metro Detroit Chevy Dealers!

We have had so many serious cases this month — eye removals, amputations, and pending is a broken jaw. We couldn’t do it without our supporters.
