6/13/16 – The Father’s Day Challenge! Once again, we have a generous benefactor who would like to match all donations made to 4 Paws 1 Heart from now until Father’s Day, June 19. The benefactor will not only match dollar for dollar through this period. but will also add a special bonus if our friends donate a total of $2,500 during this period. What a thoughtful way to honor our fathers who have given us unconditional love and support. My dad was only 18 when I was born and I thank God every day he is still with me to offer advice and, now, to just be a friend. He has three rescue cats who adore him and who he adores; one of whom, he actually leash trained. I can’t think of a better Father’s Day gift, then a gift in honor of his love for animals; not to mention, all that he’s done for me. KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS – It’s Time to Re-Enroll
4/3016 – ATTENTION – Kroger Reward Members AND Potential New Members!!!!!!! IT’S ANNUAL RE-ENROLLMENT TIME!
All members of the Community Rewards Program must re-enroll every APRIL. If you are a current member and have selected 4 Paws 1 Heart as your charity of choice, you MUST RE-ENROLL every APRIL. If you are not a current member of the program, you can create an account and then designate 4 Paws 1 Heart (#91069) as your charity of choice.
Remember that by selecting a non-profit to receive your rewards, your gas rewards will NOT be affected.
When a person enrolls or re-enrolls in April their earnings (for the charity) will start MAY 1st. Any member who enrolled BEFORE April 1, MUST re-enroll to continue earning. All participants must sign up for the program in order to continue earning funds for our group.
It’s easy for our members to enroll or re-enroll in Kroger Community Rewards. They can visit www.kroger.com/communityrewards — click on “Michigan” and click on “Enroll.” All participants must have a valid online account at Kroger.com and must sign up online to participate.

4/6/16 – A huge thank you to the Utica Education Association for once again including 4 Paws 1 Heart as a beneficiary of their recent Hoodie Hoo 5K Run/Walk. The fact that three of my favorite non-profits (Macomb Food Program, 4 Paws 1 Heart, and Tigerlily) benefitted, is just icing on the cake. We are truly humbled by their continued support. They truly live by the motto that “it is better to give then receive”.
2016 Bowling Fundraiser – Reserve Your Lane Today
4/5/16 – For 5 Years our Bowling Fundraiser has been a Sell-Out Event. I’m confident that this year will be no different. We have great prizes lined up — to mention a few — many Tiger ticket baskets, tickets for the Ovation Summer Cruise Series, Gift certificates for some of the best restaurants in our area, and so much more. The Hoody Hoo – Fundraiser for 4 Paws 1 Heart and Macomb Food Program
3/6/16 – A huge thank you to Nancy Smith and the Utica Education Association Staywell Committee for selecting 4 Paws 1 Heart as one of the charities who will benefit from the Hoodie Hoo 5k walk/run. We are honored to share the proceeds with another great non-profit, the Macomb Food Program, which is another organization where 99% of the dollars donated go directly to feeding the less fortunate in Macomb County. Also, thank you to our friends who attended this event in our name. In the photo are my husband, Tony, who distributes donated food to rescues and those who do outreach, me, our Board member, Darlene Chiappetta, and her husband Mike. ~ diana
Fundraiser for 4 Paws 1 Heart – Delicious Popcorn
Dear 4P1H Friends, If you follow us regularly, you will know that money tends to go out faster than it comes in. Consequently, we are always looking for new ways to raise money. This is one campaign that I feel very good about. NOM NOM POPCORN. For the next 2 weeks, you can purchase this delicious gourmet popcorn and 4p1h will get 40% of sales. I did receive samples of the popcorn and I will attest to the quality. I tried the caramel corn drizzled with dark mint chocolate and the Buffalo Ranch which tasted of real cheese and just a hint of cayenne pepper. Please check it out and if you love popcorn, you will love this. They’ve also just opened up the sale to include sample packs. Yum Yum~ diana
