12/13/19 – Today I would like to recognize The Loop Hair and Nail Salon A Paul Mitchell Focus Salon. The Loop is another small business in St. Clair Shores which is always there for us — whether it’s a sponsorship, a raffle item, or a cash donation. They are located on Jefferson just north of 10 Mile. Not only does the salon have great stylists but the manicure/pedicure section is as relaxing as being at home. Java Junk – A Coffee Shop and Resale Store Who Supports 4p1h Every Day

12/12/19 – Dear Friends, I often thank our individual supporters for all they do to make our mission possible but today I would like to thank and recognize the many small businesses who are always there to help in our efforts. Java Junk Coffee Shop & Resale Store is one of them. Not only do they have a donation box at the register, their business cards and employee shirts also promote their support for 4 Paws 1 Heart. They’ve never hesitated to sponsor a fundraiser and they match every penny donated through the store. This is not your typical resale shop. They have some great items and you can get a good cup of coffee while you shop. JAVA JUNK is in Clinton Twp. on Gratiot just north of 16 Mile. Fundraiser – Drag Queen Bingo, October 20, 2019, Royal Oak, MI

8/24/19 – It has just been recently announced that 4 Paws 1 Heart did not win first prize in the FreeStar Financial Charity Contest. Although the $5,000 prize would have been amazing, we will be getting a check for $1,250 which will also be helpful. The Board and I are so very thankful to all of our supporters who voted every day and now I hope that one of our supporters will win the $500 prize. I hear it will be announced on Monday.

Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters – Selects 4 Paws 1 Heart as a Beneficiary to Their Summer Cruise

7/31/19 – A huge thank you to the Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters for once again choosing 4 Paws 1 Heart as a Charity Partner. It was an absolute beautiful night and fun was had by all. But, more importantly, animals will be saved because of the generosity of our business community. If you haven’t partaken in a Summer Cruise on the Ovation, you are definitely “missing the boat”. Java Junk – Stop In and Check Out the Merchandise and Make a Donation

6/29/19 – We are so thankful for the many small businesses who support 4 Paws 1 Heart. Whether it’s sponsorships, raffle items, or fundraising events, they play an integral role in our success. Java Junk, Coffee Shop and Resale Store, is one of those. It just recently opened and through their connections with Gina, have chosen to place a donation jar in their store and to match whatever is collected. They will also donate any pet items so that we can distribute them to our rescue friends. We have already received 3 crates which came in handy just this past week. You can find the store at 37661 Gratiot in Clinton Twp., MI And, while you’re there, check out the Farmers Market store which is just a couple doors down.
