Macomb County, Michigan: Another sweet cat left behind by his/her owners. The neighbors have been feeding him/her but they are moving November 7 and no one will be left to care. Why is this not animal cruelty?? How can anyone who believes in God just abandon a companion who is not prepared to fend for himself.
