Woody – Heart Worm Positive and Saved From the Streets
Meet “Woody” He was found in Detroit and taken in by the very compassionate staff at Moore Veterinary Hospital. Woody has some hair loss, an ear infection, he’s undernourished, and he’s heart worm positive. He has a super sweet personality and everyone wants to give this boy a chance, so lets pull together and help! If you can make a donation towards his care, we will make sure it goes towards Woody’s vet bill. Just mention “Woody” in the notes.
Everything happens for a reason, and this handsome boy is being given this chance because someone out there needs him as much as he needs them!! Share his story and if you are interested in adopting him, contact Moore Veterinary, St. Clair Shores, MI and ask for Brenda. Thank you!! ~ Gina
Taco – Accidentally Almost Drowned
8/27/15 – This little 11-week old sweetheart almost drowned when he was given a bath with his Boxer brother. Unfortunately, his guardian left the room and his brother (accidentally) sat on him. He was brought into an emergency hospital near death. He has been surrendered by the family and is being treated with funds from 4 Paws 1 Heart. He is not out of the woods yet. Prayers for this little guy that he makes it. ~ diana

Somerset – Update
Somerset Update♡ A good Samaritan saw her walking out of a bush last Sunday. An employee of the building said a stray dog had some pups, but he thought they had all died. That’s when the good Samaritan scooped Somerset up and, shortly thereafter, we were contacted.
Today marks day 8 since she was found, and the positive energy from our supporters is working! Thank YOU! Here is Dr. Maria giving lots of love and Somerset is soaking it up. Daily bandage changes are taking place because of some skin that was traumatized and is now sloughing off. While the healing takes place those areas are being protected to prevent infection, so a t-shirt was made for her. The doctors feel that her age is an advantage to her healing quickly, and we trust them with her life 100%. Everything happens for a reason…I don’t know what hers is… but Somerset is a GIFT.

Somerset – Still Needs Prayers
8/24/15 – Somerset had her first major procedure yesterday. We are dealing with damage to her skin, on one of her front legs, and this requires a special daily bandage change. We are not certain of the cause, but we welcome positive thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery. Here she is with Angel the morning before her procedure. Angel is giving her lovins..
