6/5/16 – You may remember our posting about a house which was fire bombed in Detroit, Approximately 50 cats and a couple of dogs, who were kept in the home, perished. Seven cats and a dog were rescued by caring Detroit Firefighters. One cat remains with our friend, Denise Najera, and these six are at the petco store in Roseville (Masonic and Gratiot). An additional 25+ cats were found in another home owned by the same person who owned the firebombed house. The medical bills for all of these sweeties were paid by 4 Paws 1 Heart and they are now available for adoption through A Hopeful Heart. Please share and let’s try and get these poor babies, who have been through so much, a forever loving home. ~ diana

Layla and Holly – Everyone in the Foster Home Picks On Them
6/3/16 – Meet Layla and Holly. They are 6 months old and in desperate need of a foster, rescue, or forever home. They’re shy at first, but friendly. Unfortunately, there is a mama cat in the rescuer’s home who spends her days trying to chase them down and antagonize them, when she’s not feeding her babies. 4 Paws 1 Heart paid for all of their medical care, including spaying. They’ve been hiding out from big mama and that’s no life. Of all the fosters cats in the home, mama only targets these two. If anyone can just foster in order to get them out of this situation, Heather will continue to search for a forever home. Please share and if you can help, email Heather at [email protected] ~ diana

The finder could not take care of everyone and 313 K9 and Kitty Rescue took them all in. Unfortunately, Bella was found to be heart worm positive. 4 Paws 1 Heart will be paying for Bella’s heart worm treatment as soon as all of the puppies are weaned.
