8/3/18 – RIP Sweet Baby – I am calling her Kitty Andra because Andra rescued her and helped her cross the rainbow bridge. I received a call from an independent rescuer who will be doing TNR at a barn in Armada and we offered to do what we could to help. Andra received a call…
8/3/18 – We often help Cristen in her TNR efforts (which are amazing). Very often the ‘feral’ cats will turn out to be kittens or cats who either escaped or we dumped by a former owner. All of these cats were trapped, received medical treatment, which included in Pippa’s case, an injured front paw and…
7/29/18 – Working together to make a difference. ~ diana “These adorable babies were rescued from a colony in Rochester Hills two weeks ago. When I told the caregiver that I didn’t have a foster for them and they would have to be fixed and put back outside, the caregiver’s daughter stepped up and took…
7/29/18 – Butchie was found heavily matted and in need of medical treatment. She was shaved, treated, and is now back in her cat community. ~ diana Share
7/28/18 – Another sweet cat found on the streets. Rozie was either abandoned or escaped her home. But now she is in a loving home with her rescuer. We were glad too make sure that Rozie will never have babies. Thank YOU, Lisa M. for saving her. ~ diana Share
7/27/18 – This mom and kittens were rescued during a TNR (trap/neuter/return) project. An elderly man was caring for the community but no one was getting spayed/neutered. It doesn’t take long to get out of control when you consider that a female can start having babies as early as 4 months old and have three…
7/25/18 – How are your donations spent? Since our beginning, August, 2010, we have paid $652,000 in medical bills for abandoned, stray, and abused animals. Every day I try to share at least one animal whom we’ve helped. But, sometimes, we are in the position of helping rescuers who are working on large colonies where…
7/24/18 – Ralph Livingston was one of those rescued from the streets. A woman who works at a local pet resort was told to contact us about a very sweet cat who, obviously, found the right person to “rub up to”. He was meowing his head off; very emaciated, hot, hungry, a large abscess on his…
7/23/18 – This very sweet kitty, Jasmine, was rescued from the streets with an upper respiratory infection. As many of our friends know from following us, these infections, left untreated, will eventually lead to eye removals, if not worse. Thank you to our friends, Debra Berolatti and Jo Sweeney Addington for saving this sweetheart. Anyone…
7/21/18 – These Twinsies are still looking for their forever home together. They are a brother & sister duo….Tammy & Tommy! Sweet sweet kitties they were rescued from a feral colony. They are all ready to go! Microchipped too! Thank you 4 Paws 1 Heartfor helping with some of their medical after I knew they…
