11/23/16 – Romeo is spot on. 4 paws 1 heart has helped over 1,000 cats so far this year. When you consider that just one unspayed female can have 185 kittens in a life time, that’s a whole lot of animals saved from dying in shelters and on the streets. For this, we are thankful….
